I play a Ken Smith 6 string bass and I love it! For my amplification, I use a Ampeg SVT 4 Pro and my speaker cabinets are 2 Bergantino 15 inch w/50 watt horns in each. I generally use one on most of the gigs I do. I also started using the new ESP Pro power cord and WOW!!!!! what a difference. I recommend everyone check these out.

Hello everybody, my name is Russ Rodgers and I have been playing bass around the Atlanta area for about 30 years and have been teaching bass guitar for the past 20. I started bass program at the Atlanta Institute of Music in 1985 and was the bass director for its 1st 6 years. I left to do some touring and now I am back working with a great bass player and teacher Gary Wilkins. We have got a really good bass program going.
